I had to move fxtheweb.com to a new host. Unfortunately, I have been unable to get the message board to work since the move. The company that created the forum software went out of business many years ago, so it is not possible to go to them for help. Therefore, it will be necessary for me to make a new board, which I may have had to do eventually anyway because of a recent problem with spammers and the old forum's inability to prevent them from registering.
Please check back from time to time to see if the new forum is up.
